FOR YOUR SAFETY – DROP OFF / PICK UP PROCEDURES

Parents need to bring and pick-up children personally and hand the child over to staff in their classrooms. Parents must not park in the parking lot or on the street to observe their children enter or leave by themselves.  Parents may not park in a way that is interfering in the way of the other cars.

Communication is very important to us.  When we accept a new family into our center, we like to be sure that we can share openly any concerns or questions that my arise.  We welcome questions, feedback, or discussions of any kind that are oriented towards a positive outcome for the children.  Sensitive issues will be discussed in private by either telephone or conference.

All parents need to sign all the papers as follows: IN/OUT sheet, health check daily report, comments, incident report, and medication form.

Our Daily Report/Health Check have information regarding infant feedings, diaper changes, nap times, missing items, lunch for the day, and any important information about your child.

We encourage parents to drop off their children before instruction time begins so that we may limit classroom disruption.

Children cannot be released to any unauthorized person nor minors.  A picture ID will be required the first time an adult other that yourself picks up your child.

When you pick-up your child at the end of the day, tell your child’s teacher you are ready to leave the building or playground.  Any information concerning your child may be shared at this time.  Please do not use your cell phones while picking up your child.
